Presidio Contracting, LLC (“Presidio” or “Company”) is a locally owned private bridge and concrete construction company that focuses on providing quality materials, reliable equipment, experienced labor and effective job/time management to each and every project under contract. The Company’s owners have decades of experience in construction and finance related fields. This experience consistently results in successful construction projects for all contracted parties.
Formed in 2005 to perform machine laid curb work exclusively for one client, demand for its services grew as the Company established itself in the local construction market. Presidio now performs a wide range of concrete related construction services for municipalities, general contractors, and private owners in Texas.
The Company believes there are two key factors to the steady profitable growth it has been able to sustain. The first is the reputation it continues to establish with clients through effective communication and honesty. The second is the committed group of individuals that work tirelessly in the harsh Texas climate to provide quality finished projects for our clients.
Presidio primarily builds civil and commercial projects but will engage in anything concrete related with the exception of residential construction. Project sizes range from quick-turn short duration jobs to complicated multi-phase jobs that span many months. The Company is fully insured and has the ability to provide surety bonds which gives the client peace of mind their financial interests are protected.
Presidio is committed to providing to its clients and employees a safe, efficient job site at all times. The Company’s core objective is to meet or exceed the expectations of its clients, employees, subcontractors and suppliers.
